Due to Brexit concerns, we have recently upgraded our data information processing system and relocated these functions to Romania. This is still part of the same group as your INFOCENTRUM.CO.UK Services.

- You are the legal or empowered representative of the company whose details are provided in connection with your registration; and not as an agent on behalf of a third party
By "User Account" we understand all legal entities (private companies) who access INFOCENTRUM, no matter the reason.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up-to-date on your account. Failure to do so may result in you failing to receive important account related notifications and information from Info Centrum, including any changes we make to Info Centrum’s terms and conditions.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. In particular, you agree to keep your login details, email and password strictly confidential.
Your credentials are confidential and cannot be passed on to third parties. You will not attempt to sell or otherwise transfer the benefit of your account to any third party and nor will you acquire or attempt to acquire an account which has been opened in the name of a third party.
You undertake to protect your email and password in the same way that you would in respect of your bank cards and any failure to do so shall be at your sole risk and expense. If another person accesses your account, you are solely responsible for all their actions whether or not their access was authorized by you and you hereby indemnify us and hold us harmless against all costs, claims, expenses and damages howsoever arising in connection with the use of or access to your account by any third party.
Suspension or termination
This provision applies:
a)to any INFOCENTRUM UK account where we suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement relevant to your activities on our site, including where we suspect the account has been linked with fraudulent or dishonest activity. You agree that INFOCENTRUM may, under given circumstances and without prior notice, immediately suspend or terminate your INFOCENTRUM account and access to the Services or any of them. Further, you agree that all suspensions or terminations for cause shall be made in INFOCENTRUM`s sole discretion and that INFOCENTRUM shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any suspension or termination of your account or access to the Service.
b)at company request
Your use of the Services will be suspended or in an Inactive Account status if no payment received or considered terminated following Your Account Expiry.
We may also terminate or suspend, for such period as may reasonably be required, Your use of the Services or any of them at any time, without prior notice:
1.in the event of any fault or failure in the data information processing system;
2.if We reasonably believe that You have used or are likely to use the Services or any of them (or allowed them to be used or are likely to) in breach of any provision of this Agreement or to commit any offence;
3.if any payments such as Paypal transfers may be at risk of fraud, impersonation or misuse;
4.if We suspect that You have provided Us with false or misleading information;
5.by order or recommendation of any relevant governmental or regulatory authority, police, Issuer or Card Scheme;
6.If We are not satisfied with any undertaken investigations or if we suspect dishonest activity such as fraud and/or impersonation;
You may not assign these Terms and Conditions to any third party. Info Centrum may assign, transfer or novate any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party at any time without notice to you.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision shall be modified to allow it to be enforced in line with the intention of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
We reserve the right to make immaterial changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. If there is any discrepancy between the tender data/results/info/details on our site and the results on the official contracting authority/organizer’s site, the results on the official contracting authority/organizer website shall be final and binding.

Tenders are displayed on our website for a certain period of time, availability ranges from 10-15 days, regardless of the Closing date. The tenders published on our website represents data collected from various publicly available sources of information. This data may be subject to a time delay and/or be inaccurate. If you rely on this data to participate in the procurement procedures you do so entirely at your own risk. Right of erasure:
Delete my data: INFOCENTRUM T&C apply. Depending on circumstances, the data stored may be deleted at company request where there is no compelling reason to continue processing for business purposes and/or as soon as they are no longer necessary for their purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements and / or there is no legitimate interest in the storage on our part.
Unless the data is deleted because it is required for other and legally permitted purposes, its processing will be restricted. i.e. account suspended and the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes.
